I received the ordered balls promptly. I had bought them with a size according to the recommendations. Yet at first I thought that the balls were too small. Then we found out that the balls stretch as you gradually keep pumping them up. By now the balls are OK. At some point I did call the company shipping the balls and told them about my problem. Upon hearing that I had bought the balls through AMazon they told me to go there and ask them. I was not very happy with that answer.
