although this product took 2 weeks to arrive, i was pleased when i recieved it. it was exactly what i was looking for and more. easy workout and clean up (maybe a bigger bag to store it in would be helpfull, but all around a great product.) i really dont understand the need for a 10foot slide board though, i should have went with the 8.

10ft Powerslide Slide Board Lateral Exercise Trainer (Large Booties) Review

If you are stuck indoors this is a good workout but not as good as roller blading. In fact, lunges are about the same. If you do get this I would recommend the 8 ft. You will rarely need more than that. Also this doesn't roll up that well so you are going to need some place to keep it.

8ft Powerslide Slide Board Lateral Exercise Trainer (Medium Booties) Review

I love this slider, awesome workout and its fun! I love that it's light weight so it's portable and it comes with a bag to carry it in. Learning curve is 15min or less. If your already into speed skating, roller blading or ice skating I would recommended the 10ft version, but no matter what length you get the workout is intense!! One great thing about it is that it strengthens your legs without making you sore to the point of discomfort. I love it! Spray some pledge on it and do it with sneakers as it gives you more speed.
