Bar Holder Attachment for Power Rack 2" Review

This is a nice addition to my rack. It is solid as a rock and tightens down nicely. IT holds bars or anything else that might hang from it securely. The only negative is that on one side, the nut (which is like a big wing-nut)tightens and is perfectly parallel to the racks upright. On the other side, it tightens and is at an angle. The problem there is that if you were near the nut and not paying attention, you might catch yourself.

Product Description
Safe for power lifting and bench pressing.

Zercher Squat Device with Cr. Collar Review

I purchased this device amonth ago, and it worked fantastic. The impact was almost instant the next time I tried regular squats my form was improved and my hips felt stronger throughout the whole motion. Problem is that the device's foot for stabilization bent the second time I used it to the point were it can't avoid tipping over once you put the weight on or as you're putting weight on. What is most annoying of all is the metal bent with just 150 lbs when it is suppose to be able to handle 270 lbs. If only the manufactures hadn't cut corners on foot this device would be 4-5 stars.

Product Description
Great for quads, glutes, hamstrings & lower back. Very little compression of the spine.

Collars to Attach Chain Review

I purchased these and the inside diameter is too small to fit over any Olympic Size/2" Barbells. Unabel to use them after you purchase them. Beware!

T Bar Row Bracket Review

This is a MUCH beefier item than it looks like in the picture. It is a solid piece of equipment, and it works great!

I work out at home using the following system: The New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle. The system works great, but some of the exercises require cable rows.

I can't afford a cable row system, so I have done some modifying. I do pull ups and T-bar rows instead of the cable row stuff called for in the book.

And this little piece (for the price) helps deliver a GREAT workout. I teamed my purchase with the Body Solid LBB28 Lat Blaster Bar. That bar, plus this bracket, equals awesome t-bar rows!

This bracket comes drilled with holes so one can use masonry screws to put in the floor, or it also has a bracket area that I attached to my weight tree, but you could use your squat rack or anything else handy. This really makes for a nice workout.

A great, affordable alternative to a cable row machine. Awesome!

Addenda:
As an addition to this review, I just found a very affordable cable row device Powerline PLM180X Lat Machine

However, I didn't find this before I bought the stuff for my alternate lat workout. I am still happy with this little t-bar row bracket, and still think it is a five star product, but there are good lat machines out there that won't break the bank as well.
