TKO 210AS 10 lb Individual Rehab Ankle Weight Review

This is a nice product if you have a one leg injury. Be warned, THIS IS NOT A SET. This is an INDIVIDUAL ankle weight targeted for those with a one sided injury.

The metal bars are great because the other adjustable ankle weights with the little bags will eventually leak a coal like filling. These solid metal bars will not give you that problem. If you have the type with the bags and they began to leak, you can replace them with the metal bars from this product.

The double strap is very nice because it keeps the weight on without the straps twisting out of place like the single straps.

This product is worth getting but remember it's not a set.

TKO 205AWP 5lb Pair Wrist/ Ankle weights Review

These weights can be adjusted at 1/4 lb increments, and they don't scatter little metal granules like the Bell wrist weights that I used to use.You might consider wearing a thick old sock under them at the wrist...[cut out the toe] to prevent chafing... since the terry cloth lining is good, but not at the harder edges.

Home&Gym Folding Exercise Mat - 4' x 8' Review

This is a great 8 foot by 4 foot exercise mat with plenty of room to stretch out. The one and a half inches of padding is far superior to those ultra thin pilates and yoga mats. This mat actually helps make exercise fun again. The mat is even comfortable enough for sleeping. It also conveniently folds up into 4 feet vertically by 2 feet horizontally by a half foot deep and comes with straps to help carry it.

TKO Barbell Pad Review

I used this product less than 6 time before it split in half. My old pad is several years old and it never split in half like this one has. I do squats once a week and with a maximum weight of 230 pounds. I wouldn't even accept a new one of these pads, if they gave them to me for free. Don't waste your money on this pad.
