Product Description
Burn calories and tone your entire body without leaving the home with the Weslo Momentum 630 Elliptical Trainer. The entry-level trainer boasts Weslo's creative Step-In design, which provides a lower base than other trainers, making it easy to get on and off the machine. As a result, the trainer is ideal for people who are rehabilitating from injury or who don't have the physical ability to easily hop on a traditional trainer. In addition, there's no need to manually step off the machine when you want to adjust the resistance; instead, you can quickly and easily adjust the difficulty of your workout with the touch of a button. And should you want a little workout variety, you can turn to the two personal trainer workouts, which automatically control the trainer's resistance level.

The trainer's LCD display tracks your speed, time, distance, calories, and more. The Momentum 630 also makes it easy to monitor your workout progress thanks to the scanning LCD display, which tracks your speed, time, distance, calories burned, fat calories burned, and pulse. Other features include an Easy Pulse heart rate monitor that keeps you in the ideal HR zone, a compact footprint that takes up a fraction of the floor space of other trainers, a 250-pound weight capacity, and comfortable oversized pedals. The Momentum 630 carries a 90-day warranty.

About Elliptical Trainers
Elliptical trainers represent the next wave of advancement in low-impact cardiovascular exercise machines and continue to grow in popularity. By simulating motions experienced through walking, stepping, cycling, and skiing, elliptical machines allow for a smooth and fluid motion while building strength in the arms and legs. Similar to the exercise position for treadmills, elliptical trainers are used by standing in an upright position while holding the handrails of the machine. With elliptical trainers, however, your feet remain in the foot pedals throughout the exercise regimen and circulate in a smooth and seamless motion, resulting in little to no impact on the knees, back, and hips.

Elliptical trainers are compatible for all ages and fitness levels and allow you to select the difficulty level through the incline and intensity settings. Additionally, elliptical trainers allow you to determine the complexity of your workout based on your needs, all while listening to music, watching television, or reading a magazine while exercising in the comfort and safety of your own home.

Although different types of elliptical trainers offer an assortment of features, many of them include an array of challenging programs, forward and reverse directional movement, EKG grip pulse handles, a lightweight portable design with easy fold-up capability, and a monitor displaying calories burned, distance, speed, time, and heart rate. Other types of exercise machines, namely treadmills and bikes, offer excellent cardiovascular exercise and muscular training for the legs in a forward-motion exercise. Elliptical trainers take this to the next level by offering an upper and lower body workout with dual motion, challenging and diverse programs, and a low-impact exercise machine that won't strain sensitive joints.

Weslo Pursuit E 21 Recumbent Exercise Bike Review

DUE TO BEING OVER THE WEIGHT LIMIT ON THE BIKE I HAD TO SEND IT BACK

Product Description
Recumbent exercise bikes are terrific for people who find traditional upright bikes uncomfortable but still want to burn calories and strengthen their legs. The Weslo Pursuit E 21 is a perfect example, with such features as a convenient step-through design, Easy Pulse grip pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate, an adjustable resistance system that keeps your intensity high throughout the workout, and a padded seat for maximum workout comfort. The weighted pedals, meanwhile, include toe straps to keep your feet firmly in place. Finally, the bike offers a SpaceSaver design with a seat platform that slides out of the way after your workout. Also equipped with a Step-by-Step feedback console that tracks your workout progress and a pair of built-in wheels for easy transport, the Pursuit E 21 carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

About Recumbent Exercise Bikes
Despite the competition from trendy new fitness inventions, exercise bikes continue to be popular options for home exercise. They offer the same aerobic benefits of riding a bicycle at any time, in any weather, without leaving the comfort and safety of home. Exercise bikes don't take up much space, require little or no balance or coordination, and can provide an effective workout for all levels of users, from beginners to serious competitors. While the same could be said for a number of other types of home fitness equipment, the exercise bike is one of the few that allows you to watch television or read a magazine while you work out.

The term recumbent literally means "lying down." Exercising in a recumbent or reclining position allows the user to have full ergonomic back support, without causing strain on the arms, neck and shoulders, all of which can be common effects of using an upright bicycle. For many people, having convenient access to quality exercise equipment is critical to sticking with a long-term exercise program.

Weslo Inversion Flex System Review

Very sturdy design. The foot clasps work well. The only thing I would want to change is the collapse ability. When folded it's not perfectly flat, it;s about 160* instead of 180*. However I don't collapse it anyway because I use it everyday, usually more than once. I have tried one other that cost less (100$) and I was happy to spend the difference to get this one.
