Aqua Jogger Fitness System Review

Summer's heat and humidity, and a running injury took it's toll on my workouts.I found the Aquajogger to be a great alternative!It's very easy to use, comes with a small booklet that instructs on exercises that you can use for toning.I got the combo pack with the dumbbells and resistance booties. I can do a 60-90 minute workout without any pain or heat issues.Just be prepared--people will constantly be asking you about it while you're working out!

Aqua Jogger Combo Kit Review

I use it daily in our community pool.
Took a few times of reading the instructions
and watching the DVD and then I was off
doing the exercises. I feel much better.
Oh yes, be sure to wash off in fresh water
after each use. I have a sciatica nerve
in my right leg that gives me fits. However
after a few weeks in the pool I've noticed
less pain. I would highly recommend this
product.

Aqua Jogger X-Cuffs Review

They are a little difficult to get on and off, but they work well once they are on. I would prefer a little more resistance to my workouts than this product can deliver, but for a beginner, it is not bad for the price.
