I use it daily in our community pool. Took a few times of reading the instructions
and watching the DVD and then I was off
doing the exercises. I feel much better.
Oh yes, be sure to wash off in fresh water
after each use. I have a sciatica nerve
in my right leg that gives me fits. However
after a few weeks in the pool I've noticed
less pain. I would highly recommend this
product.
