This machine works great!!!I have been using it with a couple of friends and now they want to buy one.It's a simple machine that works the tricep as good as any other machine.I use olympic weight on all my exercises so I had to put on olympic weight adapters on the tricep machine and it fits in perfect with my personal gym.I'm very satisfied with this machine.Product Description
