The exerstrider poles are a great help to me when I do my walking. They add an extra dimension to the workout, they are supportive;very comfortable and I can use them for protection if I need to.This is the third pair I have ordered.One for my college roomate who had knee surgery but it didn't quite help. She walks with these every day and she loves them.
