ProForm Total Fitness Program Abs Bench Review

I hoped the abs bench would be a good starting point to build some inner core strength and improve my posture.It does in fact seem to be capable of making my lower back good and sore in record time, so probably is doing some good.Unfortunately, the back of this thing, which looks flexible in the picture, is not.It is rigid.You'd have to be a suma wrestler to bend this thing forward.For a beginner, this product is not recommended.For an expert, a slant board would be better.I do like how compactly this item folds up.Unfortunately, that's probably how it will stay--folded up and stored.
