This is a very affordable and well made set of sitting box and pole. The pole can be telescoped to a longer or shorter length.

By adding elevation to Pilates workouts, the durable, padded, solid-wood Pilates box involves more complex muscle combinations, bringing greater flexibility and range of motion. The extendable Pilates pole assists in standing exercises, allowing concentration on single-leg exercises without loss of balance. Included with the box-and-pole set is a workout video providing instructions on how to use the box and pole. The box measures 26.0 inches long x 15 inches wide x 10.0 inches high and has handles for portability. A carry strap is also included.
