I actually have all of Debbie Siebers Slim training videos.I purchased Slim in 6 in 2004 after watching an informercial.I don't have a lot of weight to lose, more toning and firming.I can honestly tell you that I went from a size 8 to a size 4.6 days a week is a lot, but after you have moved on to the second phase, you will notice changes in your body after the third week.By the end of the sixth week, people will start commenting on your new body.I have had so many workout videos in the past, that if I had a dollar for each one I tried, I would be rich.Debbie's are the first ones I have been able to stick too.After the 6 weeks, if you have accomplished all your goals, you will only need to workout 3-4 days a week to keep that fabulous new body.Yes it takes dedication and yes, it is hard, but most things worth having are.If you give it a honest chance, you will not be disappointed...I did not take the supplements either.
