This two disc DVD has everything you need to get in shape "The Kettlebell Way". Choose the first disc "The Empire State" and you'll progress through rounds in 3 minute intervals each consisting of a 3 exercises, one for the upper body, one for the core and one for the lower body. Do all 9 rounds in order, shuffle them using the shuffle feature or take one round and repeat it. Disc 2 "Manmaker" is an intense non-stop workout consisting of five rounds that can be repeated 3 times or less depending on your schedule. It is a fast, fun way to demand more from your body.
