Bernadette Giorgi: Attitude Tu Review

I'm a fitness professional and have been in the industry for over 15 years, so my fitness level is highly advanced. With that said, I didn't expect much from this workout--I thought it'd be too easy for me. However, I was surprised to find Attitude Tu is highly effective and challenging. I used the heaviest resistance band available, and got quite a burn in my muscles. This workout is a fantastic counterpart to my traditional heavy weight training, particularly the lengthening, ballet-type moves for the lower body. Definitely a keeper!

Pilates Circle Challenge Bernadette Giorgi Review

Love this workout, I feeling in my abs, tights and hips. I super recomended this if you really whant to work your lower body.

Product Description
Pilates Circle Challenge uses the Pilates Circle to keep your body in the proper alignment to activate and engage specific muscle groups during the workout. You don't have to have a Pilates Circle to do the workout, but it totally makes it more challenging (and fun). The resistance of the Pilates Circle sculpts hard to tone areas, giving you beautifully defined arms, toned flat abs, a slim waist and hips, lean thighs, and a great rear! Pilates Circle Challenge begins with a calming stretch to ready your mind and body. Then you will work your entire core and lower body while engaging your upper body as well. You will end with a gentle stretch to improve flexibility. Running time: approximately 50 minutes.
