Bally All-in-One Body Slimmer Review

Bally All-in-One Body SlimmerI bought this item about six months ago, when I decided to lose weight and it works miracles. It truly pulls all of the excess water out of your body and forces you to sweat, which is great if you are someone who easily retains water. It contains a resistance material which force you to work harder than you normally would withot wearing it. It is fabulous, with the help of the All-In-One Body Slimmer I have loss almost twenty pounds. The All-In-One is better than the Slimmer Belts as it pulls water from more of your body than your tummy. It is great! An excellent buy.

Product Description
The Body Slimmer helps you slim and trim you waist, hips, and thighs more effectively.By keeping your body warm, you'll shed excess water working out or doing everyday household chores.

Bally Twist Board Review

(This is the same review I wrote for the Everlast For Her Twist Board. The two products are identical except for color.)

We had one of these when I was a kid too (1960s).All of us kids fought over it (that's probably why my parents made it disappear). Now I can have one of my own.In fact, I have two.You get a better workout with two--one for each foot.

I fell on the ice this winter (rats!) and these little twister boards have been excellent to help work out the pain that still lingers in my right hip.I stand on them while I read and twist gently.I use light weights and dance around on, and off of, them to music.I keep them handy, near the kitchen, so I can use them whenever.I love them.

If you're concerned about them slipping on the floor just use some that Rubbermaid squishy shelf liner stuff underneath them.Hold onto a countertop if you're concerned about balance and turn your legs all the way in and out, together and separatley. You can mess around with weight transfer too--stand on one leg and twist the other or put weight right on the leg and twist. Both ways are fun and good movement increasers. You'll enjoy working your hips, obliques, and lungs (if you really get going) this way.I even put them on my kitchen stool tops and sit on them sometimes.

They're so inexpensive and so fun they're really worthwhile.

Bally Pilates Sculpt & Tone Kit Review

I got this because it was cheap at K-Mart, and thank goodness I can return it. The ball is really small--I love how they omit the size from all of their information. I didn't pump it up with the pump, so I don't know how good that is (I used an air compressor)...the other equipment isn't too bad, but I was really getting this for the ball, which just so happens to be a piece of poopola. I wouldn't suggest getting this.

Bally Core Sculpting System for Pilates With DVD Review

Just had a question.I do have one of their balls for more than 2 years which actually does help my belly stay in place.I want to buy another one as a gift but it does not mention the size of the ball. Anyone know?

Bally Slimmer Belt with Magnets Review

This belt provides excellent back support and it really holds your tummy in.It's slim enough to wear to work. The only problem is that the fabric started to separate from the elastic material after first use. It's not sewn at the sides unlike the other brands I've tried.Be careful when unclasping the velcro off.I don't think I'll get to use this product for long.

Bally Slimmer Belt With Zippers Review

I wear this belt all the time and it does without a doubt work, I even sleep in it. I have had it now about a month and I have lost 3 inches off my waist and I am almost rid of the ugly back fat. I have also have moved the zipper in so it works.

Bally Total Fitness Thigh Toner Review

Works well, makes your thighs feel the burn. Would have given it 5 stars if it were made more " heavy duty ". Seems a bit flimsy and like it could break at any time, but it hasnt. I have used everyday for about 3 weeks and no problems at all, and I can see a difference in my thighs already. If your inner thighs need help this is a good product to use.

Bally Twist Board Review

The twist board would be more useful if it were a bit larger. The size makes it difficult to stand on while moving, about another 2-3 " would help.
