This belt provides excellent back support and it really holds your tummy in.It's slim enough to wear to work.The only problem is that the fabric started to separate from the elastic material after first use.It's not sewn at the sides unlike the other brands I've tried.Be careful when unclasping the velcro off.I don't think I'll get to use this product for long.Product Description
