Professional Grade Fitness, Exercise Balls Review

I like this ball but it's not as big as I thought it would be. I believe this ball was measured deflated and is 22cm deflated, not inflated.I'm 5'3" and this ball is too small for me to use properly. I had previously purchased a stability ball from Fitness Quest. Same measurements but a bigger ball. My younger son works out with me and has no problem with this ball.My best advice is, if in doubt, see if you can contact someone before purchasing and ask if the ball was measure inflated or deflated.Still a quality ball. Just be careful on the size ordered to make sure you are getting what you need for your workouts.
