A couple months ago I purchased the healthmark vibration platform.Luckily I also purchased the handle to accompanies it.I thought it would help with my elderly mother's use.I confess I use it just as much as she does.
Overall the platform is a miracle worker.I lost two pant sizes in just a couple days.I. kid. you. not.
Since then I have used it every day and I am seeing muscle development on my legs that I haven't seen since my ballet days.
It's always a gamble to buy a retail version of a professional excercise machine but I won this gamble.
Check with your doctor (if you have one that will listen to you) and see if they don't recommend it as well.
