Have not been able to use this product yet as it requires assembly.This assembly required was not disclosed at the time of sale.We expected a ready to use product.For the price we paid for shipping and delivery, the product should have been assembled and ready for use.Additionally, product was left in the driveway in a box that looked as if it had been through a war.We still do not know if the product is functioning correctly.

Simply choose one of the 10 intensity levels depending on your specific workout and conditioning goals. If you don't want to set your own pace, you can turn to the six personal trainer workouts, which automatically adjust the bike's resistance levels to focus on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals, or the two heart rate programs, which help you stay in your target workout zone by coordinating resistance with heart rate levels. Plus, it's easier than ever to select a specific resistance level thanks to the 1-Touch Resistance option, which keeps you from having to tediously scroll through all the levels.

Other details include a convenient Step-In design with a low threshold for easy access and exit; a PowerPulse heart rate monitor with pulse-sensitive sensors built right into the handlebars; an adjustable, two-speed CoolAire workout fan integrated within the console; a Target Pacing Coach that helps you maintain the perfect workout pace; a multi-window LED display that tracks your speed, time, distance, and calories burned; and a patented, high-tech GelSoft seat that's comfortable and inviting.
