This is the best balance ball I've had. It was easy to inflate (offering a foot pump rather than a bicycle pump) and it's made of good, sturdy material just like it advertises. Because of the material, it's prevents you from over-inflating. It is firmer than most regular balance balls and is easy to grip.Just for the record, I'm not a big fan of the Gaiam balls and thought this ball was better.
