TREADMOVES - Total Body Sports Conditioning DVD Review

This is great treadmill workout with 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Love the weights sections.The cardio part is as challenging as you want it to be; same with the strength/floor work. This is by far the best in the series.The other dvds have moves that are a bit tricky and make you feel like you will fall off the treadmill.I wish they would come out with other dvds more like this one!
