At first this video is confusing and a bit challenging, as is any step cardio video when you first get it. So keeping that in mind, it took me about two weeks to get the routine down, and now I must say I simply love it. I also use the 2-piece steppers. The light weights really help, and my arms are becoming extremely toned. I recommend this video as a good beginner's guide to cardio with weights. Once again you have to be consistent in order to see results, and as I got used to doing this video, I modified from 3 to 5 lbs dumbbells, and from the lower stepper, to the higher stepper, making it more intense. This is low impact on the joints, as long as the exercise is performed properly and you don't get sloppy with it.
