Works well, makes your thighs feel the burn. Would have given it 5 stars if it were made more " heavy duty ". Seems a bit flimsy and like it could break at any time, but it hasnt. I have used everyday for about 3 weeks and no problems at all, and I can see a difference in my thighs already.
