wow so i took this out of its box and thought o god this is gonna be cheap and not work because its really simple and small.but thefirst roll i did with it i felt a good burn in my abs and arms.after a few minutes i felt like my abs were gonna explode with ripness.it definately works great for a great price.i have one of those ab blaster lounges too- and this works sooooo much better than that.those things are boring and i dont feel a burn for a long time.Product Description
