Healthrider HR2 Total Body Exerciser Review

i have had this for 4 days and i love it.it is easy to use and very low impact.i have weights and bikes and for me this works a lot bettere, i will never do the bike again!i guess a lot depends on what you prefer and your level of fitness.i read the reviews for this on the sears site and some people over 55 found this to be good for them, i think because of the low impact. it has cause me absolutley no soreness at all.this is the machine for me.there is nothing about this rider that i don't like and i especially like the fact there is NO NOISE AT ALL.it is lightweight and easy to move around and takes up less room than the ab lounge i gave away.your body weight causes resistance and i think that is what makes it better than other exercisers.if you shop around you can find it cheaper, though.

Product Description
Do away with clunky, inefficient exercise machines and upgrade to the HealthRider HR2 total body exerciser, a unique low-impact total body workout system that helps you lose weight by working out a mere 20 minutes a day, three times per week. The HR2 is built around a patented linkage system that generates resistance using your own body weight. Each time you pull the arms forward, you're lifting a percentage of this weight, depending on your strength level. When you want to step up to a heavier weight, simply twist the resistance bar and you'll enjoy a more intense calorie- and fat-burning workout.

The HR2 also offers an easy-to-use electronic display that lets you track your progress, with such display options as elapsed time, stroke count, reps per minute, and calories burned. The wide rotating handlebars and dual pedal positions, meanwhile, make it possible to work different muscle groups with only slight adjustments. Best of all, the HR2 is remarkably comfortable thanks to the adjustable SmartSeat design, which includes a pair of side handles for working out your lower body. The HR2 even comes with a Fat to Thin workout DVD, which was designed by certified personal trainers to help you get in the best shape of your life. The HealthRider HR2 carries the following warranties: lifetime on the frame, five years on all moving parts, and one year on labor.
