this is a fabulous book if you are looking for ways to not only lose weight but also increase your overall health. there are no rules, no wacky diets, but lots of information on different reasons for weight gain and help understand how to change your course. it's really given me options so i can decide for myself what will work for me, and how i will go about controlling my diet.
