My love of SPIN runs pretty deep..so deep that I was moved to open my own studio during the worst recession in our history...and I have never come across a better ride than this.The Global Ride team toured the country with thier DVD's and our studio was one of the stops along the way.These guys are so passionate about the ride and are truely the real thing!Our virtual ride was the best ride I've ever had.I felt like I was right there in Hawaii, charging up the hills and taking the switcbacks.I can't say enough good things about his product, and the people behind it.They are truly an inspiration to me, our studio, and the entire indoor cycling industry.

This DVD combines the elements of a strength ride and an endurance ride. Each section has a unique flavor, yet each one seamlessly merges into one complete kickin' workout.



This DVD features a bonus 30 minute strength training for cyclists section following the ride.
