At first I was a little sceptical about this product. I needed alot of help in passing b/c I was trying out for my hs volleyball team. So I was expecting results. But once I tried it for a good week, it improved my passing by 75%. It also gives me a more accurate passing. Anyone who wants to improve in the passing expertise in volleyball, this is definitely for you. I am sooooooooooooo glad I had purchased this.
