Stamina Seated Inversion Core Training System Review

I have been obsessed with finding the right inversion therapy device for my back and neck pain. I finally centered on this one for many reasons after researching for 3 months.

What it does and how it works is amazing. No pull on your ankles, legs and hips like a table. For me and most people I know, they just need their spine stretched not their entire body. So since your knees are bent and it's holding you by the lap belt, it gives a MUCH better spinal stretch and pull than any table can.

HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL THOUGH
The box was not sturdy enough to ship something this big and heavy. But I don't think any of the problems were direct shipping damage.

There's a tear in the seat. Part of the break mechanism was missing so I can't even use the break. May be dangerous to use it without it, but I'm using it anyway. One of the threads was stripped so one of the screws that holds the back support wouldn't go in. I just got it yesterday and already the adjustable ankle pad is stuck all the way in and won't release. So I can't get my feet in and it hurts cuz it's too tight. Multiple scratches and blemishes in numerous places. I wondered at 1st if it was used, but I think it was just a lot of scratched up parts that were used and very poor quality workmanship. I was a little afraid to try it, in case it fell apart. But structurally it feels pretty sturdy.

BEAR TO ASSEMBLE - BEAR TO RETURN
This thing is a bear to put together. I had to pay someone to do it for me and it took over 2 hours. So it will be too much trouble to pack up and return it.Besides that the box was in too bad a shape to re-use and basically feel apart after opening.ALSO too much cost to pay someone to assemble another one. (My eyes glazed over just trying to read the directions and I have an Internet Marketing company and work 7 days a week, so just paid someone to do it for me.) It's Sunday so I can't call Stamina or Amazon to find out what can be done.

I DON'T DO REVIEWS
I buy a TON of products on Amazon and never do reviews. The only reason I wrote this one is because 1)It feels incredibly good on my back and I would have rated that part a 5. 2) It sure is crappy workmanship so be forewarned. I would have rated that part a 1. Hence the overall 3 rating.

Product Description
Featuring a curved backrest that extents the back slightly, this device provides inversion therapy with less stress on the ankles, knees, and hips than does a flat-backrest inversion table. It's designed for people whose doctors recommend inversion therapy to reduce pressure on spinal discs, ligaments, and nerve roots while increasing blood circulation, strengthening the back, and elongating the spine. (Note: The manufacturer warns that inversion therapy is not safe for everyone and should not be undertaken without consulting a doctor.) Curved, foam-padded handlebars make it easy to assume any of six inversions positions. Foam-padded ankle collars ensure comfort and support while inverted. For easy, safe mounting and dismounting, there's a hand brake that holds the chair in place. Skid-resistant rubber floor protectors maximize stability during mounting, dismounting, and inverting.

The chair accommodates users of most heights. The device's frame is heavy-duty steel, and vinyl-covered upholstery is cushioned for comfort. Assembled (instructions included), the device measures 62 inches deep x 35 inches wide x 56 inches high and weighs 72 pounds. The frame carries a five-year warranty against defects, with parts warranted against defects for 90 days.
