This is my second workout of hers (the first is an old old vhs tape - very 80's).I chose this because the first one I have is great and she's a thorough and outgoing instructor.I am not disappointed in this.
She is a very good choreographer and this made the routine fun.She cues very well and so you always know what's coming up next.There is an intense and challenging power jack series that follows an easier low-impact section, so there is a wide variety of moves to mix it up and keep it interesting.Also, there is a good ab workout too.I personally love this and you really will sweat.It's fun and encourages you to workout because it's enjoyable rather than dull and boring.Before you know it, the workout is over.I love it.
