Sting Ray - Front Squat Stabilizer Review

I have been able to improve greatly. i have been able to use more weight and develop better front leg strength. It is an all around strength product I do not think and I certainly feel looking at my body that you can go wrong. One thing everyone must realize in weight lifting it is not only weight lifting but it is what you eat that also is the key to a stronger and loss of weight in the body.
