I own this Trampoline. The padding lasted less than a year and the elastic part that goes around the round frame lasted a little longer. I sent two e-mails to Customer Support asking where I could buy new padding and received no response. The main rubberized part the kids bounce on is still in good condition except for the red elastic part that normally covers the padding. It no longer has any elasticity and is useless. The kids can no longer use the trampoline because of the inherent danger of no padding. It will be taken down, thrown away and a new non-Airzone trampoline will be bought.
