Strongman Book 600 Pages Titled Personal Best Powerlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding, Weight lifting Review

Congrats to the author on such a fantastic, long overdue book!! This is the best book I know of available on Strongman training. Athletes of all walks are beginning to realize that strongman training is useful to virtually all strength athletes because its real-world strength makes everyone more functionally strong (not theoretically strong, like swiss ball crunches), so it's not limited to just strongman competitors. If you want to broaden your horizons for your strength sport check it out. Julie Havelka is an extrardinarily strong competitor, and she definately knows her stuff, this book gives an insider's insight on the sport, covers all events and how to perfom them properly, grip training, and tons of other useful info. If you are interested in Strongman competition or this style of training you need this book. The only dislike I have about this book is the unlaminated cover, it was not the most durable choice, which is probably partly why mine came in torn...however don't let that deter, this is a 5 star book, hands down!!
