Body By Jake Cardio Cruiser Review

I have neuropothy due to an illness. This machine (similar to the one I used in rehab) has really helped me to build the muscles back in my legs. I was just in a rehab center where they had me working on a machine that worked my legs and arms in a sitting position similar to how this machine works. I looked into one of those machines but they are 2000.00+ so this was my next best option. I have had this for about 5 weeks now and I am using it at least once a day and sometimes twice a day for about 20-25 minutes each time. I have increased the tention about once a week and it's set on a pretty tough setting right now. So far, we've had to tighten the arms twice but that's the only problem we've encountered. This thing gets a lot of use and has held up quite well as far as I am concerned. I mean, what do you expect for 200.00? BTW- purchased at Sears for 200.00

Product Description
An entirely new kind of cardio workout machine designed to put you in your fat-burning "cruising zone," the Cardio Cruiser from Body by Jake delivers an energizing total body-toning workout. The Cardio Cruiser offers a revolutionary design that combines the powerful cardio and body sculpting movement of three of the most popular gym machines. You get the comfort of the recumbent bike, the upper body toning motion of the elliptical trainer, and the lower body action of the stair mill--all in one supercharged machine. The secret is the Cardio Cruiser's dual-action, synchronized motion, which incorporates 95 percent of the muscles in your body by getting your arms and legs moving in a powerful downward arc. The result is a greater range of leg motion to target the major muscles in your hamstrings, hips, thighs, and buns, while also providing an upper body workout to sculpt the muscles in your shoulders, arms, chest, and back. Even better, the fully supported, comfortable workout won't produce jarring impacts to your joints and back.

The Cardio Cruiser is notably durable, with a heavy-duty steel frame that's stable and secure. It also offers a fully customized workout with five resistance levels: you can turn down the resistance dial for a fast, fun workout or turn it up to enjoy a more advanced, muscle-sculpting routine. And thanks to the seven height adjustment positions--from 4 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 4 inches--it's easy to find a position that feels right for your body type. In as little as 20 minutes three times per week, you're guaranteed to see results in 30 days or your money back. Other details include whisper-quiet operation; a unique folding frame that makes it easy to store; and a Cruiser Caddy that holds your water bottle and remote control. As a bonus, the unit comes with Body by Jake's Rev Up the Results fat-burning program.
