These are my new favorite leggings!The twisted seam provides give in the knees for seated poses and back bends in yoga postures so you don't have to worry about over-stretching them. The fabric is of exceptional quality so you don't have to worry about them being "semi-transparent" in places when you are doing yoga (you'd be shocked to know what yoga teacher's witness in class...make sure your clothes are not transparent- please!).
