Although they claim that this item can be used by adults, it is the furthest thing from the truth.You can only fill the black bottom HALF up with water, which you wouldn't know until you buy it.Due to this, you can't do any combonations with this bag as you knock on its' side with even the most mild of punches. Also, after a few hits, it rips open like your fists were made of nails even with gloves on.The only reason why this purchase was made was due to the fact that I have no where to hang my actual heavybag in my apartment. This is not even remotely a replacment for a real bag.Save your twenty five dollars for something else.
