I just watched the Gaiam Tai Chi Fan dance DVD and found it to be just what I wanted.The instructor has a very relaxing voice and manner. It appears to be filmed in the mountains of China.I hesitated to buy the tape because it said that it is 45 minutes long.You could have a much shorter practice and still somebenefit.The first section is very restful and relaxing and the second second section takes a bit more concentration.This tape is made for women as the instructor says that the fan dance is most popular with womenI highly recommend the DVD to anyone interested in Tai ChiProduct Description
