I was a little worried after reading the other review and decided to buy the belt through Amazon instead of direct from the seller's website because I figured I would be covered if there were any problems.There were none. The belt shipped promptly (next day), came with replacement instructions for several different treadmills and fit perfectly. It's like having a new treadmill. The seller's website has a lot of good tips for repairing your treadmill so it's recommended as well.
The only thing that didn't work for my application were the extra screws that were included (classy touch) to secure the side rails which were originally held down with staples. The heads were too large to fit down into the deep plastic grooves on my model. I just used some of my own screws.
Treadmill Doctor even include lube to be used at the 6 month mark.
