As a long-time user of Kettlebells I cannot say enough about these forearm guards.You might say that if I was using proper form I wouldn't need to use them, but I primarily use kbells for strength/endurance HIIT interval training and when I get really winded, my form can sometimes tend to deteriorate.And all it takes is one bad form move with a snatch and BAM, you slam your forearm. OUCH! These forearm guards make pushing yourself in these interval sets so much easier.I totally love them.
