I purchased this item because it came highly recommended in many PT and fitness articles. Also, I had tried, what I thot, was a similar wobble board at PT. What a surprise at how hard it is! The minute ball underneath for balancing makes even easy beginning is a real challenge. No doubt that I'll benefit if I can just 'hang in there' til I show some progess. The DVD which came with it, apparently has been fixed. It's very straight forward, no non-sense marine style exercises. Wish they would show people over 50 using and succeeding at this.
